The respective applicants, in all these applications, are seeking withdrawal of deposited amounts of compensation.

The learned Counsel placed reliance on the order dated 21.11.2022 passed by this Court in connected matters, whereby this Court had allowed the applicants therein to withdraw the entire deposited amount of compensation i.e. 50% amounts of the impugned awards.

{2} As such, the applicants herein are permitted to withdraw the aforesaid deposited amounts, which are 50% of the impugned awards, along with accrued interest thereon till date, on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (J) of this Court.
