This is an application for bringing on record the legal heirs of Deceased-Respondent No.3-Sonaji Subhanrao Pawar and for condonation of delay of 521 days in preferring the petition. The proposed legal heirs are Respondent Nos.3-1 to 3-5. This Court had issued notices to the proposed legal heirs vide order dated 19th September 2025. The office endorsement indicates that they are already served. None appears for proposed legal heirs. 2.

The Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C).
