Mr. Shirrurkar, learned Counsel, appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that post filing of the petition, order of this Court is duly complied with. It is submitted by the learned Counsel that though there is some delay, as the order is complied with, grievance of the petitioner no more survives. The learned Counsel, thus, prays for withdrawal of the petition.
