The respective applicants, in all these applications, are seeking withdrawal of deposited amount of compensation. Vide order dtd.29.08.2022 this Court has already permitted the applicants in other similar matters to withdraw 50% of the amount of impugned

award. In these matters also on 50% of the impugned award was deposited.

As such, the applicants herein are permitted to withdraw the aforesaid aforesaid deposited amount i.e. 50% of the impugned awards along with the accrued interest thereon till date on usual undertakings to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
