3] Mr.Sangle, learned AGP for respondent nos.2 and 3 submits that the delay has occurred due to

4] Learned counsel for the respondent/claimant opposes the application.

5] Considering the submissions and finding that present applicant is a public sector undertaking wherein, certain time for processing the matter would be required, in my view, sufficient reasons are made out.

6] Delay caused in filing the appeal is, therefore, condoned. The application is allowed and disposed of as such.
