Civil Application No. 12781 of 2018 is filed for intervention in writ petition No. 3770 of 2015. This Court, by order dated 06.02.2024, had observed that no one appeared

19-WP-3770-15 for the applicants. It is further observed that, already this Court, by order dated 30.04.2020, had passed an order to proceed with the writ petition on merits. Again, by order dated 11.03.2024, it was made clear that, if no one appears for the applicants, the Court will proceed further. In spite of these orders, today also no one appear for the applicants. 2.

Therefore, the Civil Application No. 12781 of 2018 stands dismissed for non prosecution.
