It is being pointed out that the respondent no. 2 has not been processing the pension proposal forwarded by the management only on the ground of pendency of the present petition. 2.

By moving this application, the petitioner is soliciting a direction for processing the pension papers. It is also being pointed out that even a last pay certificate dated 02-07-2024 was forwarded to the management by the office of the Pay Unit of Higher Education, Jalgaon Division, Jalgaon.

Keeping open all other issues arising in the petition, the pension papers can be processed on its own merits. Civil application is allowed and is disposed of by directing respondent no. 2 to process the proposal dated 05-08-2024 (Exhibit A-4) in accordance with law on its own merits, which is received by his office from the management, for fixation of pension and allied benefits, as expeditiously as possible. 4.

Stand over to 21 October 2024.
