The petitioner can rake up his grievance before the Commissioner as per clause 17 of the Government Resolution dated 24th April, 2017.

If the petitioner approaches the Commissioner, then the Commissioner shall consider the grievance of the petitioner and take decision upon it within 30 (thirty) days from the date of fling of application. All contentions are kept open.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
