The Petition is filed with two fold prayers, firstly to direct Respondent no.1 to decide the application of extension of parole of the petitioner dated 14.09.2016 before 02.10.2016 and secondly, to allow the application filed by the petitioner for extension of parole.

The learned A.P.P. appearing for the Respondent/State has tendered across Bar

1284.16WP the copy of the order bearing Outward No.19479/2016 passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Nashik. The same is taken on record.

By the said order, the application of the petitioner for extension of parole has been rejected. In absence of challenge to the said order, we are unable to persuade ourselves to consider the prayer of the petitioner to give directions to the Respondents to grant extension of parole to the petitioner.

For the reasons aforesaid, the Petition stands dismissed. Needless to observe that the petitioner can take exception to the order passed by the Divisional Commissioner.
