Present petition has been filed for direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the representation dated 26.06.2025. The petitioner contends that he is entitled to get benefit of Mahatma Jyotirao Phule Farmer Waiver Scheme 2019. The said representation for granting benefit is stated to be pending.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and submits that the respondent No. 2 would decide the said representation within a period of six weeks. The said statement is taken as undertaking. We dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent No. 2 to decide the representation dated 26.06.2025 filed by the present petitioner on its own merits within a period of six weeks from today.
