The applicant prays for condonation of 52 days delay in filing the civil application, seeking recalling of the order of the Registrar dated 17/07/2017 refusing registration to the writ petition for non removal of office objections.

For the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed. The delay of 52 days is condoned subject to costs of Rs.100/- to be donated to the Advocate's Association of the Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad within 4 weeks from today. All office objections in the writ petition shall be removed on or before 16/03/2018, failing which, this civil application shall stand rejected and the order of the khs/FEB.2018/2164-d

learned Registrar shall stand restored. On compliance of these directions, the writ petition shall be registered by recalling the order of the learned Registrar and the writ petition shall be listed for admission on 21/03/2018.
