Inspite of service of notice on the appellant, none appears. 2.

All these applications are for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the appellant as per impugned judgment and award passed by the learned Reference Court.

The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that in all these applications, the amount awarded by the Court is very meager. The

( 3 ) entire amount deposited is Rs.15,65,915/- and the maximum amount awarded is Rs. 5,65,449/- in Civil Application No.12696 of 2023 in First Appeal No. 2502 of 2023.

Considering the above, all these applications are allowed. 5.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw the entire amount alongwith accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking. 6.

Applications stand disposed off.
