Mr. Boiwar learned advocate holding for Mr. V.T. Chaudhary, learned advocate appearing for respondent resists the application. However, he has not been in a position to overcome the contents of application that some other proceeding was wrongly filed instead of remedy of civil revision application and that the form in which challenge is to be posed was not the as required.
