DATE : 27/09/2017 PER COURT :- Mr.Wagh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Deputy Director of Education, Pune Division has already decided the pay fixation of the petitioner, however, said order has not been implemented by respondent no.4.

2] We have heard learned AGP and learned counsel for respondent no.5.

3] Considering the fact that the Deputy Director of Education has already fixed the Pay Scale applicable to the petitioner as per its order dated 1/1/2016, (Page 17 to 20) the respondent no.4 and such authority shall implement the same and give the benefit to the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within three months. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of, No costs.
