The present application is filed for amendment in the cause title. 2.

The learned counsel submits that the name of applicant is shown as 'Sindhutai Govindrao Joshi', which was her maiden name and after marriage her name is changed as 'Sindhutai Narayan Kulkarni'. As such, the learned counsel has produced on record the copy of the Aadhar Card, PAN card and bank pass book to show the earlier name of the applicant and changed name.

The learned counsel for the Acquiring Body has not objected to the application.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
