Mr. K. B. Jadhav submits that he has instructions by the contempt petitioner to appear on his behalf.

Mr. K. B. Jadhav, learned counsel would submit that the contempt petition was filed in respect of an interim order that was passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.8084 of 2023. He would further submit that the writ petition is itself has been allowed by this Court and as such nothing survives in the present contempt petition. He therefore prays that the contempt petition be disposed of accordingly.

In view of the above and the statement made by Mr. Jadhav, leanred counsel for the contempt petitioner, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
