The learned counsel for the acquiring body has no bjection for withdrawal of the compensation amount by the applicant as per earlier order dated 12/07/2021, whereby the applicants therein were allowed to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount. As such, the applicants herein are allowed to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount alongwith the proportionate interest thereon till date on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this court. The civil application is accordingly disposed of.
