It is an application for condonation of delay moved by the applicant/acquiring body.

Heard Ms. Sunita Shelke, learned counsel for the applicant, Mr.Rakhunde, learned counsel for claimants and Mr. Deshmukh, learned AGP for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

There seems to be delay of 577 days in preferring the first appeal. However, by looking to the nature of dispute and for the reasons stated in the application for condonation of delay, paragraphs 8 to 10, the delay needs to be condoned. Hence, the following order is passed:
