The Sansthan has put-forth prayer clause-B as under: "B) The Applicant may kindly be permitted to implement the Resolution No. 477 dtd. 26.07.2023 whereby the Ad-Hoc Committee resolved to "Use the Energy generated from 2.5 Mega Watt (1.25 MW x 2) Windmills of Shree Saibaba Sansthan at Bhyare Pathar (Supa) for the purpose of the New Darshan Line Complex and Temple Complex" instead of selling it to MSEDCL for which approx. cost of Rs. 47,20,000(Forty Seven Lacs Twenty Thousand Only) will be required necessary infrastructure which will be by way of E-Tender."

The learned Principal District Judge has verified the said resolution and has approved it.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B.
