The petitioner claims to belong to Tokre Koli - S.T. The proposal for verification of tribe claim of the petitioner came to be forwarded to respondent no.2 Committee on 21.8.2019. The petitioner is seeking admission to B.Sc. Agriculture Course. The verification of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending. The petitioner is seeking directions to respondent no.2 - Committee to decide his tribe claim at the earliest. 2.

Notice to respondents.

Learned G.P. waives notice for respondents.

Respondent no.2 - Committee is directed to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from today.
