The learned Advocate for the Petitioner, submits on instructions that, there are several developments that have occurred post filing of this petition. The fair price shop has been sanctioned in favour of the another person, which was earlier sanctioned in favour of the Petitioner. He, therefore, submits that the Petitioner be granted liberty to withdraw this petition and file a fresh petition, in order to raise a challenge even to the subsequent events.
