Motion is made for speaking to minutes in respect of order dated 11.4.2017. It is submitted by learned counsel for respective parties that the appointment order was approved by the Education Officer in the year 1990 and the same was confirmed in the year 1994, however, in para 5 of the said order it is referred as the Education Officer has approved it in the year 1980 and is confirmed in the year 1984.

In view of the above in para 5 in place of the year 1980, the same be corrected as 1990 and 1984 be corrected as 1994.

Necessary correction be carried out and certified copy be issued.
