Wattamwar for the respondent/State submits that applicant had assured this Court that he would surrender after two months in terms of order of this Court dated 13th December, 2021. However, he has not surrendered and did not honour of the order of this Court. Learned APP submits that applicant is on interim bail on medical grounds since last more than six months. He submits that he is not taking treatment and he is producing medical certificate from different hospitals every time.

Learned counsel Shri. Jadhav for the applicant submits that he will ask his client to surrender before the ca2698.21.odt
Superintendent Prison. He submits that in case the condition of the applicant worsens, he may be permitted to apply for interim bail on medical grounds again.
