The learned advocate for the Applicant submits that the employees of the Sansthan have to be paid ex-gratia / Diwali bonus. Every year such orders are sought from this Court by filing Civil Applications. Prayer clause-B reads as under:

"B) This Hon'ble Court may kindly grant permission to implement Resolution No. 554 passed by the Ad-hoc Committee in its meeting dated 23.08.2023 pursuant to which the Applicant is permitted to pay ex-gratia amount which are by way of a Diwali Bonus to all the employees of the Sansthan at an estimated cost of Rs.13,50,00,000/-."

We are informed that the learned Principal District Judge, who is ex-officio Chairman of the Ad-hoc Committee, has scrutinized the resolution No.554 and has approved it.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B.
