Heard learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner as well as learned APP for respondent Nos.1 to 3.

Learned APP is producing the statement of the missing lady in view of our order dated 04.10.2024. It can be seen and there is no dispute that the missing lady is aged 26 years. She was married earlier and has two children aged 6 and 3 respectively. It also appears that earlier also she had ran away from the house, but then police had brought her and even at that time, she had given it in writing that she had voluntarily gone with respondent No.4. Now also she says that she is voluntarily residing with [1]

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is of the opinion that she cannot so reside with respondent No.4, as they are in prohibited degrees. We are not concerned with that aspect here in this petition for habeas corpus. When it has been brought on record that she has not been detained against her wish and since she is major, she is voluntarily residing with respondent No.4, no action needs to be taken.
