Though respondent No. 3 is served none appears for respondent No. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since the year - 2016. The petitioner is taking education in 2nd year B.Tech. Course. Respondent No. 3 - college has asked the petitioner to get the validity or else the petitioner's admission would be cancelled.

As the validation proceeding is pending, we pass the following order:

ORDER

I] Respondent No. 2 - committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within nine (9) months.

II] The petitioner shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the said proceeding.

III] The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 11th December, 2017.

IV] Respondent No. 3 shall not refrain the petitioner from prosecuting further studies only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending.

V] Respondent No. 3 can take further course of action depending upon the judgment that will be delivered by the committee in the validation proceeding.
