Learned advocate for the applicant submits that objections raised by the office could not be noticed by the advocate nor by his clerk and under the circumstances, on 19th August, 2015, registration of the second appeal had been refused under orders of Registrar. It is further submitted that when the matter was sought to be moved, refusal of registration came to their notice. Under the circumstances, this application has been moved. It is further being referred to that there is no deliberate omission or neglect to attend to the objections raised by the office or to the dates before the Registrar. It is stated that it is sheerly under

{2} ca14398-15 inadvertence the same could not be done. According to learned advocate in the process delay of forty two days has been caused in filing application.

Having regard to aforesaid and that the other side had not appeared in the matter, I deem it appropriate to allow the application. As such, the application stands granted in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C" and stands disposed of. 3.

It is expected that now office objection will be removed as early as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from today.
