The prayer is made seeking direction against respondent to forward proposal of the petitioner as Headmaster of Bhagirath Vidyalaya, Udgir.

Mr. Gunale, learned advocate disputes the case put forth by the petitioner.

The management has to forward the proposal of a full fledged Headmaster. Learned advocate submits that within a

2 wp 12343.17 period of four (4) weeks the management would forward the proposal for appointment of a full fledged Headmaster. 4.

In case the petitioner is aggrieved, then the petitioner is at liberty to raise appropriate objection and in case such an objection is raised the Education Officer will take decision upon it within six (6) weeks.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
