This application is for condonation of delay of 5294 days caused in filing first appeal. The application is filed by original claimant whose land came to be acquired in the acquisition proceedings. 3.

Considering these, delay stands condoned. The application is allowed. 4.

Office to register the Appeal subject to condition that the applicant shall deposit Rs.5,000/- towards costs in the High Court Dispensary at Aurangabad within a period of four weeks from today.

The applicant shall file usual undertaking in the appeal that in case the

( 2 ) 16-CA-12342-2024 appeal is allowed, he shall not make any interest for enhancement of the amount of compensation.
