PER COURT :- The petitioner is seeking writ, order or direction to the respondent authorities to hold an enquiry as contemplated by letter dated 24.4.2014 and 19-27.6.2014 and submit report of enquiry and take appropriate action, if deemed necessary, in pursuance to such enquiry report. An affidavit in reply has been presented on behalf of State, wherein, it has been stated that, enquiry in terms of the communications referred to above, has been conducted by the Sub Divisional Agricultural Officer and the enquiry officer has also tendered his report. However, it has not been disclosed in the affidavit as to what is the report of the enquiry officer and whether any further steps/action need to be taken in pursuance to such enquiry report. In the circumstances, this petition stands disposed of with direction to respondents to take appropriate steps / action on the report of the Sub Divisional Agricultural Officer as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from today.
