The petitioners have already been served with the copy of the Vigilance Report dated 17.10.2022. By an order dated 1.7.2022, passed by this Court in writ petition No. 4211 of 2022, we had directed the Committee to decide the proceedings on or before 15.9.2022.

The learned A.G.P. has taken instructions from the Member Secretary of the Committee that the hearing in the matter is posted on 4.10.2022. If desired, an order can be passed prior to 09.11.2022 on which date the validity has to be tendered, if the petitioners can appear before the Committee even on Friday on 21.10.2022 and the matter can be decided by 5th November, 2022.

The learned advocate for the petitioners submits, on specific instructions, that the petitioners are willing to appear before the committee on 21.10.2022 at 12.00 noon. They would submit their written notes of submission/say on the same day. After the submissions are tendered and the petitioners are heard, the Committee can close the matter for orders. He further submits that the contention that '15 days time was not allotted to the petitioners to tender a reply on the Vigilance Committee report', would not be raised by and would not be available to the petitioner. 4.

In view of the above, this contempt petition is disposed off by recording the above statements.

We expect, the committee to deliver it's order on 5.11.2022 at 4.30 p.m. The father of petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 would remain present on the said date and time and by following the due procedure, shall collect the order of the Committee, in all the three cases.
