The applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 1640 days for filing this appeal since they were not aware about the decision of the Reference Court. The learned AGP strongly opposed the application on the ground that they were not properly explained. However, considering the statutory right of the applicants, the delay of 1640 days stands condoned.
