Heard rival submissions. The applicants, who are the legal representatives of sole claimant Narayan Madhavrao Munjewar are seeking permission to prosecute the appeal by condoning the delay of 7112 days.

The record shows that the appeal was filed by original claimant Narayan in the year 1996. However, he died in the year 1999 and the appeal was subsequently decided in the year 2014. This means the original claimant was not alive when the appeal was decided.

In view of the above, the application stands allowed and the applicants being the legal representatives of deceased Narayan are permitted to prosecute the appeal, the delay of 7112 days stands condoned.
