The dispute is about the mutation entries. The proceedings are subjudiced before the Tahasildar. The Additional Collector, Parbhani in an appeal filed by the petitioner has remanded the matter back to the Sub Divisional Officer for fresh decision after hearing the parties. It is submitted that after the order remitting the matter was passed by the Additional Collector, the Circle Officer has effected the mutation entries on the basis of the judgment of the Sub Divisional Officer.

The petitioner may make this grievance with the appellate authority or with the same authority, which naturally will have to be
