Considering the law laid down in Gurdassing Nawoosing Panjwani Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others - (2016) 2 SCC 213, a second revision under 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code is a statutory remedy. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner would avail of the said remedy.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with liberty to avail of the said remedy as is permissible in law.
