The petitioner's pension proposal sent pursuant to the order in the Original Application of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal was apparently returned vide communication dated 09.03.2020, with a specific instruction to submit the pension papers online. 3.

We are aghast by the indifferent stand of the Government machinery in not even taking urgent steps to follow the instructions that too in respect of the pension cases and submit the pension papers online. 4.

Be that as it may, we allow the writ petition and dispose it of directing respondent no. 5 to immediately issue necessary instructions in order to comply with the communication (Page 75A) and transmit the pension papers of the petitioner online, if those have not already been transmitted, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case within four weeks.
