All these petitions can be disposed of, in view of the fact that main appeals are already pending and as learned Additional Commissioner, Aurangabad has refused the interim relief. 2.

The issue is already covered by the order of this Court in W.P. No. 9199 of 2015 decided on 08/09/2015.

In the light of above, respective appeals preferred by the petitioners before learned Additional Commissioner, Aurangabad are expedited and it is ordered that interim order passed by this Court on 09/10/2015 shall be continued till decision of the appeals. All these writ petitions stand allowed in above terms.
