CORAM : R. G. AVACHAT AND NEERAJ P. DHOTE, JJ.

Dated : JUNE 10, 2025 PER COURT :- .

The Petitioner, who is working as the Assistant Teacher with Respondent Nos.7 and 8, has filed this Petition stating that in spite of approval having been granted by the Education Officer (Primary) i.e. Respondent No.6 to his appointment, the proposal forwarded by the Respondent - Management for including the names of Head Master and other Teachers in the Shalarth Pranali does not include his name and is soliciting writ of mandamus.

2.

It is brought to our notice by the learned Advocate for Respondent Nos.5 and 6 that the proposal to include the name of the Petitioner in the Shalarth Pranali has been submitted to Respondent No.6 who in turn has forwarded the same for necessary action and

approval to Respondent No.4 and the same is not yet decided. 3.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner and the learned AGP for Respondent Nos.1 to 4 submit that the Petition can be disposed off by issuing necessary directions to Respondent No.4 to consider and decide the said proposal.

4.

In view of the above submissions and the undisputed fact that the proposal dated 12.08.2024 forwarded by Respondent No.6 to Respondent No. 4 is not yet decided, we direct Respondent No.4 to consider and decide the said proposal on its own merits, after granting an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner and Respondent Nos.7 and 8, within a period of two (2) months from the date of such hearing. 5.

In view of the above, Petition stands disposed off. ( NEERAJ P. DHOTE, J. ) ( R. G. AVACHAT, J. ) GGP Signed by: Gajanan G. Punde Designation: PA To Honourable Judge Date: 13/06/2025 10:24:06
