By this application, the applicant seeks permission to enter in the Ahmednagar town and stay at his residence at Kedgaon, Dist. Ahmednagar.

The learned Advocate appearing for the applicant points out that he has been released on bail vide order dated 01.03.2023 passed in Bail Application No.156/2023 subject to certain conditions. He would point out that under condition no.(ii) (b) the applicant was restrained from entering Ahmednagar town for a period of six months from the date of his release, except for attending trial before the learned Sessions Court at Ahmednagar. He would further submit that in pursuance of the aforesaid order, the applicant has been released on bail on 03.03.2023 and he has scrupulously followed the conditions as imposed by this Court. 3.

Pertinently, the applicant was directed to stay away from the Ahmednagar town only for a period of six months from the date of his release. Since the applicant has been released on

(2) 52-appln-3397-2022 03.03.2023, the period of six months is already lapsed and there is no impediment to applicant to enter in the Ahmednagar town. 4.

In that view of the matter, the application is disposed of.
