The learned Additional Government Pleader raises a preliminary objection that the petitioner has an alternate remedy of filing appeal.

Mr. Vibhute, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the Sub Divisional Officer has not considered all the documents filed before it, nor has discussed the said documents, as such approached this Court.

The documents filed by the petitioner are referred to in the order. If the documents are not considered in proper manner or erroneously considered, the petitioner has remedy to assail the

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy of appeal as per law. No costs.
