1] There is innocuous prayer in the Petition inasmuch as the direction is sought to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Jalna, to decide representations / complaints filed by the petitioners on 7th September, 2017. Without entering into the contentions raised in this Petition on merits or in the said representations / complaints, we direct the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Jalna, to decide the said representations / complaints, if already not decided, on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible, however, within six weeks from today.

2] In case the concerned Authority wishes to hear the affecting parties, it will be open for the said authority to hear the

affecting parties by calling them for hearing.

3] With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
