The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioner from unaided to aided division is pending with the Education Officer. 2.

It is only on 23.07.2019, the proposal is presented to the Education Department. Some reasonable time will have to be given to the Education Officer to decide the proposal.

We cannot encourage such petitions which are filed immediately after forwarding the proposal for approval.
