The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from time to time directions were issued to decide the validation proceeding, the same is yet not decided. The committee has filed the affidavit that within four weeks, the validation proceedings would be decided, we accept the statement as an undertaking to this Court. 2.
The Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 may not refuse to issue
1028-wp-11435-2019 Internship Completion Certificate, if the petitioner is otherwise eligible only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. 3.
The respondents shall not issue degree certificate to the petitioner unless the petitioner produces the validity certificate. The Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the committee in the validation proceeding.

The committee has undertaken to decide the the proceeding within four (4) weeks.

Writ petition alongwith civil application stands disposed of. No costs.
