The applicant herein is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 259 of 2015 registered with Satara Police Station, Dist. Aurangabad, on 6th September, 2015, for the offence punishable under Sections 307 and 504 r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, for which the applicant has been arrested on 8th September, 2015.

The applicant is seeking parity in the matter as the coaccused in the matter have already been released. Perused the investigation papers with the assistance of the learned APP. While opposing the application for bail, ld. APP would urge that there is prima facie evidence against the applicant on record.

Having regard to the fact that the co-accused in the matter have already been released on bail except the applicant, in my opinion, it will be appropriate to release the applicant. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant/accused Anil Asaram Shinde be released on bail on executing personal bond of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety in the like amount.

(iii) The applicant/accused shall attend the Police Station once in a week preferably on each Sunday during 2 pm to 6 pm till filing of the charge-sheet.

(iv) The applicant/accused shall not pressurize the witnesses in any manner.

(v) The applicant/accused shall not create any hurdle in the free and fair investigation.
