Mr. Gade, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the house rent allowance was deducted from the salary of the petitioner and same was returned to the Joint Director of Higher Education. The petitioner made representation to the Joint Director of Higher Education on 28.12.2015, however, no decision has been taken on it as yet.

Mr. Kagane, learned A.G.P. states that in case said representation is pending, it would be decided on its own merits. In view of that we pass following order.

The Joint Director of Higher Education i.e.

respondent no.2 shall decide the application/representation of the petitioner (Exh. 'J' page 88), in case same is pending, on its own merits, in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties concerned, expeditiously, preferably within six months.

Writ Petition accordingly disposed of. No costs.
