The petitioner seeks protection in service. The caste claim of the petitioner is invalidated. The writ petition filed challenging the judgment of the Scrutiny Committee is also withdrawn.

It is submitted that the Government Resolution dated 05.06.2018 is issued stating therein that till the sub-committee constituted under the said Government Resolution gives the recommendation, the services of those persons

2 wp 10088.18 whose claims have been invalidated should not be terminated.

Today the apprehension that the respondents have acted against the said Government Resolution is not spelt out.

In case the respondents intend to act against the Government Resolution dated 05.06.2018, then the petitioner may have right to agitate.

In view of that, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
