We have heard Mr. Thombre, learned advocate for the petitioners and Mr. Bankar Patil, learned advocate for respondent No. 2.

The petition is filed seeking restrain upon the respondents from transferring the petitioners. Mr. Thombre, learned advocate submits that the petitioners would file an application with respondent No. 2 with request to transfer the petitioners at a suitable place. The respondent No. 2 be directed to

WP No.11451/2019 decide the same.

The learned counsel submits that the petitioners are working on the post under the scheme of Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan and it is decided to have one Junior Engineer for two talukas. The mother of the petitioner No. 3 is bed ridden. The petitioner No. 6 is physically disabled.

Mr. Bankar Patil, learned advocate for respondent No. 2 submits that in case the petitioners file an application, the respondent No. 2 would take decision upon it in accordance with law and policy, preferably within eight weeks. 5.

In view of the aforesaid statement, writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
