The petitioner has challenged the order of the District Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Osmanabad dated 25.07.2016 and the order of the Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Latur Division, Latur dated 06.02.2017. 2.

This Court has now settled the issue that the order of the Divisional Joint Registrar is to be challenged before the Registrar General under the Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014. The Commissioner for Co-operation, Pune, is the Registrar General.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned statutory authority
