This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent no. 2 Scrutiny Committee to take decision on the tribe certificate verification proposal tendered by petitioner and pending with respondent no. 2 Committee as expeditiously as possible, preferably within period of eight months from today and, it is accordingly directed. In the meanwhile, no coercive action be taken against petitioner on the ground of his failure to submit validation certificate. Petitioner undertakes to co-operate the Scrutiny Committee for expeditious disposal of the tribe certificate verification claim. Writ petition is disposed of accordingly. ( K. K. SONAWANE ) ( R. M.
