The applicant is seeking permission to bring on record legal representatives of deceased sole respondent Tarachand Ananda Patil, who admittedly died on 25.01.2024, by condoning the delay of 154 days. Though the application is opposed, but considering the right to sue, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A) and (B) subject to cost of Rs. 500/- to be paid to Library, Advocates Association of High Court, Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad. Amendment be carried out within stipulated period and after deposit of cost.
